Though they’re a couple of weeks overdue, David R. George III’s author’s copies of his forthcoming Star Trek novel, Original Sin, have finally arrived. The book will officially appear in bookstores on Tuesday, 26 September. Autographed copies are now available in DRGIII.com’s store.

Here is the description: Twenty years after the pantheons of gods returned to Earth at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, life has changed in different ways all over the planet. On Enterprising Individuals
The Enterprising Individuals podcast recently sat down with David R. George III to talk about an early episode of the original Star Trek, “The Corbomite Maneuver.” In their discussion of the first non-pilot ST episode ever produced, they speak about how Trek became Trek, the inclusiveness of the future it envisions, what it takes to command a Federation starship, the exploration of the unknown, and the series’ humanistic principles set against its occasionally militaristic science-fiction landscape.

After much deliberation, David R. George III has decided to part with his collection of classic Gold Key Star Trek comic books. David has a complete set of all 61 issues, and all have been graded. Many are in near-mint condition. He will sell those comics only as a collection, though he also has a handful of duplicates he will let go individually.
